Very bad source

I went to a website to buy bonzai fertilizer (jwh-018) before any legal ban. I paid them and after a week it finially came but it was not bonzai fertilizer (jwh-018). Me and some of my business associates came to the conclusion after very conclusive testing that this was not what we paid for and for the subject don't know what it is at all. The product that we paid for is used in herbal incense and is used by alot of people. That person could've put rat poisonin the package and said it was bonzia fertlizer (jwh-018). After weeks of trying to contact that person i finially got thorugh and talked to him through yahoo messenger as that is the only way to communicate with the owner of this business. When I talked to him he said he would give me 5 free grams if I ordered 1 to make up for giving me something other than I paid for. I did not like that because I would not want to pay money for some more fake jwh-018 or baking powde
