Printer money was back less $50

I ordered aCanon MX330 PIXMA Office All-In-One Color Inkjet Printer on National SafeAmerica. And this company gave me a lot of stress, not only that the deliverywas delayed for more than a week, and they promised the printer to arrive aftertwo days, and my office badly needed one as of that moment since our printercrashed. Finally the printer arrived but when we test print it, it would notprint! It cannot detect the inks. So we have to send it back to the company. Idid not bother to have it exchange, I just wanted my money back. They compliedbut the money they gave me back was less $50 than the original price I paid. Ishould get my money back since the printer they sent me was a defective one. But I cannot reach their so called manager to get this settled and since theyhave already caused me great hassle I opted for this instead, I hope this willreach the right people. I just hated that I have to lose a lot of work bydepending on this Company to give their customers the services that they haveto give. They dont know a bit about customer service!
