I want to complain about the product I bought in Safe National of America, specifically about printer model HP Office jet Pro 8000 Wireless. It seems that the ink levels decrease every day whether I use the printer or not. I am using the XL "longer-life" cartridges. With HP's new encroaching software it is not possible to print past the "Replace ink cartridge" pop-up that was possible on earlier HP printer models. This is a unconcealed consumer rip-off and I am disappointed in Safe National of America, where I bought it. The cartridges run out faster than the older models, while costing more. $35.00 for black ink and $25.00 for the three colors. I didn't print for a week and all four cartridges "mysteriously" depleted by 25 percent. Safe National of America are selling Damaged or Rip OFF Product.
