Typical incompetence, couldn't care less

A month before, this ecological organization was designed to get my decline container on the friday that they didn't do. They came each day overdue through which phase the container have been taken. The motorists of the decline vehicle 24 hours later stated that Veolia is responsibile for that alternative of the container which this should be reviewed with administration.

A month of contacting and requesting anyone to explain the above mentioned problem has yet to bring about just one telephone call. Not just one. Each time I contact, grovelling guarantees to come back my call etc but nothing. Today I talked to Tim who stated he'd been provided my title to 'examine' the problem.
