Misleading overcharged review

My experience with franklin mint was not an easy one. First they overcharged me on shipping when I was supposed to have free shipping then they charged me for the wrong order and expected me to pay for a continuing series which I never ordered I even printed out both item numbers to have as proof and still they never apologized or took responsibility for the error. To top it off they send me what was supposed to be a free value and charge me an over the top shipping fee for it so after that I had had enough and I sent the free items back and asked for my refund and stilll they dont make it right they barely gave me back half of what they charged on my card. Never again with this company they cost me too many overages and never made it right
