IRS Tax Issue/Representation

I got this company from the internet, who allegedly assisted persons with Tax problems. I reached out to them to represent me & my wife with this IRS tax issue. I paid for their services in advance, by making monthly payments until the fee to represent us was paid in full. They sent several forms to assign them a Power of Attorney; of which we did. I have copies. After what seemed like an awfully long time, I started calling them, emailing them. But they never responded, and in fact would get message that, there phone service was disconnected, as well as their email account.

We paid $9000 dollars for this service, of which we never got. I made complaints to LA County Department of Consumer Affairs, & the office of the LA County District Attorney, of which I have official notice of my complain of Fraud by this company. I have not received any satisfaction from either one of these agencies, and IU reachewd out to them in April when again the IRS contacted me about my tax issue. I have subsequently had to hire yet another Tax company to represent us with our IRS tax issue. I'd like any info on this company that you may have, so that I may produce to the IRS.
