Liquid Reflections, Crystal Clear media, Michael D Angelo are all aliases to scam you into thinking you are working with a real company. This guy, the only guy, who runs this company stole my money with the promise of a new website with an online store. He started August 4 and promised it would only take 2 weeks with a money back guarantee and he would even throw in a 2nd website for free! After several confrontations via email with this guy to get the work done, he had the website about 80% done. I asked him to make a few small changes he agreed towhen he stopped answering the emails, phone calls, etc.in December.
Even the better business bureau couldnt get this guy to respond. I believe he takes money from his customers, has other people do what work he needs done to get people to make their 2nd and final payment, then he takes the money from the client and doesnt even pay the people he has doing the work. This is the info. I have gathered from other websites with complaints. I dont know why nobody can bring this guy to justice. I lost $700 in actual cash, but I probably lost thousands in online sales that I could of had during Xmas season and the time lost. I am now too scared to try anyone else.
I asked for a refund about a dozen times via email. He refused and said that he has 30 days to make corrections. The 30 days never come! Sound horrible, but I wish someone would kick his butt, literally! Theres onlya dozen complaints online that I have found. But I guarantee this guy has done it a hundred times. The company Design Quote is where I got this guys name from and they didn't even respond to my complaint. So I dont think anyone should use this site either!
