Abdur Rahman failer to pay for services and equipment

Mr Abdur Rahman contacted me by email (4/14) to provide special effects services and provide equipment for a Kareem Rush music video.

After negotiating and agreeing to a price for rentals and services i heard nothing until the day before the video shoot.

The agreed to services were performed and i was assured i would be paid. I was not too worried as i had worked with Mr Rahman previously on a video that was used within an hbo series and all bills were paid.

I sent an invoice and was assured that i would be paid. After being put off / ignored several times. I was assured by phone and email on 7/12/10 that i would be paid next week upon his return from New York. The bill amount was never disputed.

Mr Rahman's phone no longer accepts my calls and i have gotten no response from email or faxes.

I have contacted Kareem Rushes production co and they said they would contact him, yet I have heard nothing
