Classic Creations Crook, theif scam artest - BEWARE

September 17 I enetered into a contract with Brian Merritt of Classic Creations. I gave him a check for 1500.00. (one third of the job). He called me that same day and requested an additional 300.00 for more materials, Which I gave him. He requested I have a dumpster on the site by 9-20-10 which I paid for and had delivered.

He never showed, excuse after excuse. Never returned my money. I finally got in touch with his kids mother and she told me he was in jail. After getting out of jail he said he would send me back my money. He still has not.

He never ordered the material. He never did the job, never had any intentions of doing the job according to his childs mother. Bad enough he stole from me. He even made me pay a carting company for a dumpster never used.

Stay away from Brian Merritt — Classic creations.

He is one of the Westchester County renegade renovators. Do your homework first. Do not get stuck like me.
