Brian Clark Brian Clark sold his bankrupt business to "American Classic Car Restorations"

A few days ago I recieved a letter from "American Classic Car Restorations, 514 Daniels St, #324, Raleigh, NC. This company owner James Grosslight stated he has bought out Brian Clark and his point of contact is Bill Balsley.in the letter it stated new policies if I wanted my car to be repaired at this business. This company included a mini contract stating any money given to Brian Clark at The Classic Chasis would not be honored, I am out cash. On 27 April I was contacted by Bill Basley where I asked about Brian Clark now being employed with the new company, "American Classic Car Restorations. Mr Balsley did confirm this fact and I asked if they thought it was unusual to have someone working for the New Company that had ripped off clients. Mr Balsley said he did not have a problem with it. Go figure!
