Ripoff! Fraudulent billing. Cannot provide proof of order

I fell for this scam in 2001 and paid an invoice for $299.95 for a 2-year listing in their directory.

Now they claim I authorized another listing and have been invoicing my company for $299.95. They also call and harass me, and have threatened to report us to a collections agency.

I have spoken with customer service representatives repeatedly, disputing the bill. They are unable to provide any proof of the order.

I refuse to pay this bill and will be reporting them to the attorneys general in Illinois and New York.
