False Advertising.incorrect Watch Sent. Refuse to Refund Money

I ordered a Watch for my grandson for Christmas from this website. The watch they sent was not the one I ordered and it was very cheap looking. I have emailed them every day since Christmas and I keep getting the runaround from them. They are not responding to my request of returning the watch and having my master card credited, they continue to try to get me to buy another watch to replace the one they sent, which I do not want to do. Their correspondence Does not make any sense at all. I cannot get them to honor my request after five days of trying to explain tot them. They are a japanese or Chinese firm and they just do not seem to get it.
