Michael Contreras, Human Resources Departments manager is a pro-Hispanic employer and has demonstrated in his actions to to pass over Caucasians and Afro-Americans to give them the jobs Hispanic and Latino Americans. His whole department is 100% Hispanic and if your not Hispanic, good luck if you want Job Security in Palm Desert. It is only a matter of time before he puts the Time Warner Cable in position of another law-suit.
