Cankicks, CK Media Took my Money and never recieved my products or a tracking number, took 9 business days to tell me its out of stock?

I placed an order w / cankicks.com for 2 bape hoodies on 12/21/10 and after 9 business days havent received a tracking number. I tried calling the number on the site & no answer. I emailed the site & received a reply saying my item is out of stock. I feel like Im getting the run around and @ this point want my hoodies or money back.
