Ripoff where is my payment

Over a year ago an order was placed and paid for, this year we get a notice it has been turned over to a collection company, we never knew about it because we had moved. So thinking maybe we missed a payment we did order alot we decided to go ahead and send in the payment. Alls well right? No. I called the company called "allied Interstate" to make sure they got the payment, they said they never recieved the payment, for me to call abc to see if it was posted, never got through so I called

Allied back this was a day later they told me the were not handling abc's accounts anymore so again I ask where is my check. I called abc on hold for 45 min. I said I will stop payment on it so that was another 25.00. I emailed and left my name and description of the problem never got any results. Two months later I get my check back in the mail from Allied.

ABC then calls the owner of the buisness of our company that we all order from and threatens him. Well I showed him the check where we tried to pay and he let them know it would be taken care of once again, but I find it so funny how they have someone there to answer the phones when they need something but not when we need them...
