BPOPics4u had a notice on Craigslist in several different cities and was looking for BPO field agents to take photos of houses that are bank owned and expired short sale listings around the Southern California area. I was hired as an independent contractor and required to have my own transportation, cameras and to go to assigned projects to takephotos of the homes interiors or exteriors. I was sent several areas Orange County, Los Angeles County and had assignments as much as two to six properties to go to at time. On the agreement I was supposed to be paid once a month. Several days went by the month had gone by and I still didn't get paid. The assignments were all done promptly at the end of the day at a certain time and I had to take my own laptop to be able to meet each days assignment to submit on time for them. I had reminded Richard since it was only $5.00 for exteriors and $10 for interiors that I needed to get paid as I had to front for gas and my own time as I am a realtor as well as a business broker that all these things was valuable time and that I realize I wanted to do it as additional income. The next payment was a little bit after Thanksgiving. Nothing was in Pay Pal and was initialized in the agreement they do their payrolls through them. I contacted Richard and he said that they will pay me and he emailed me also for $15.00 and I was really owed $30.00. As I invoice them each and every assignment along with my submission on photos and invoice them once a week for the total assignments. It's past Christmas and they still haven't paid me for nearly $200.00 worth of assignments done for them. I drove all over for them and had taken photos only. I want to alert all local broker/agents from this company as they are a sham, liars and they sound pathetic about it. But they are just really out for themselves and got me fooled big time. When I was done with everything I felt used and miserable, in total despair as I was counting on that money for gifts and to pay bills.

Stay clear from Richard and Theresa they are frauds. They are lucky no one had stepped up to the California Department of Real Estate.
