Company charged the goods from my account wihtout sending the shipment

Ordered 1 pair of UGG boots to my friend on 6th of Dec and still haven't received the shipment. Uggshoppe is only giving the EMS number but nothing has happened to shipment since 13th of Dec. Several emails sent and replies received to Uggshoppe and they always keeps on saying that the shipment is on it's way and that I will receive it in 4-6 days. They are not giving any detailed contact information so there is now way to contact them in another way than by email
