Made a purchase, they took my $ & I never heard from them again! China

I am just at such a loss. I really wanted a Coach purse & wallet. I found an online "outlet" and placed my order. Apparently, it was too good to be true. They have my money, and won't respond to me at all. I have had NO communication whatsoever with this company. I am out my money now, nothing to show for it, and can't do anything about it? They don't even have a customer service phone # just email option! Stay away from this company. They will take ur money and give you nothing.
