I introduced my Omega Seamaster to Tourneau for repairs 3 times.in most situations my watch was delivered in my experience using the same issues; arbitrary stoppage or lost-time. While this problem happens, among the following is noticed:

1. The watch has dropped moments or hours, however it continues to be operating;

2. The watch has ceased.in cases like this, the watch could be restarted by personally winding it-one-to-two cycles.

It's my perception the support specialists aren't precisely handling the main reason for the issue. I'm not really a watchmaker, nevertheless I've built an easy check process that re creates the issue:

1. Established watch to 12:00am so the day changes

2. Personally wind the watch for around 1 minute — approximately. 50 cycles

3. Put the watch on the desk, undistributed, before watch stops operating

4. Report elapse time.

5. Repeat step 1-4 if required

I also supplied Tourneau using the data above. I paid $420.00 in March for that repairs. The final fix test was finished in Aug. Of 2009. Since that time my view quit operating correctly in July.

At this time, personally I think that dealing with Tourneau is just a missing work. Provided my knowledge I can not suggest Tourneauis watch repairs solutions.
