My experiences with Duluth have turned a simple, unconditional, no nonsense and no bull, 100% guarantee refund process into a two month struggle to be reimbursed for a pair of fleece lined firehose pants. Duluth's book keeping practices required me to pay for the returned pants a second time while they told me they would refund the price to the closed credit card I had used to make the original purchase years ago.
