I put an order online and was billed $28.00 for delivery. Seven days later I obtained an email telling me that I had been being billed another $16.00 for multiple deals. Over $45.00 in delivery for 3 deals weighing 9 pounds. I've required a reason twice and also have gotten no response. I eventually visited my charge card organization to recruit their aid.
