Mbllove charged a download to my cell phone

I was charged $9.99 on my CREDO cell phone bill for this service, plus for two text messages, none of which I did nor ordered.

CREDO refused to give a credit, saying that "someone" must've had access to my cell phone to order this download, which is NOT so. All that CREDO agreed to do was give me credit for test messages, incl. For one to these rip-off artists to stop this "subcription". (I was interested to see that some post said that the phone cos. Get a cut of the $.)

Also intesting to see that they're based in AZ. I guess it's run by the crooks who used to sell overpriced real estate and subprime mortgages.
