We ordered Make Over America off the TV. The representative asked if we wanted this coupon and discount offer. We said no. They started withdrawing $12.95 in October and I caught it December 10th. I called 1-*800-750-4364 and they will only refund me for December.

We never received any coupon book or anything in the mail. When I told that to the guy on the phone, He tried to convience me to let him send out the enrollment package to look over. I told him no all I wanted was my money back. He said I will get refunded the $12.95 for December only in a couple of days. He said they will stop withdrawing any more money.
