On Dec. 23 2009I signed a contract with this auction house to remove the contents of myhome. I requested an itemization of the contents removed viaphone callsthen certified mailhowever they refuse to respond. I contact the auctioneer oversight committee, better business bureau and the office ofattorney general, the auction house refused to respond. It cost me 200.00 tofile a civil complaint but I am told they could ignor that as well and I would then have to spend an additional 300.00 to pursue a lien against bonnie brae.

So in summarizing if a person overtly robs your house he/she would be arrested but if a company coverty takes everything from your house and doesn't pay under the guise of a contract not only do you lose the money from the entire contents of your home but also you have to pay the local court house. Where's the justice in that. On top of that you have know idea the financial ripple efect this has had. The money from the sale was supposed to pay my taxes and finish the repair of this property for sale. Now I'm stuck with trying to pay a mortgage and rent.
