Business was broken into

Our company was simply shattered into on Dec 16th. The machine that Safety one mounted didn't function. I've 3 movement devices in a little 900 sf office. The thief went out and in of our workplace 9 times as observed about the monitoring recording and created down with over 50k in gear. We approached Safety one and required somebody visit instantly. They delivered a specialist as well as the general supervisor (Bob). Once they examined the machine they reveal the "movement sensors" they mounted aren't real movement sensors but "temperature feeling" sensors. I've viewed our agreement and also the literature on the site plus they note movement devices and nothing else. He also informed us that since it was cool that day it might have causes them-not to function. Do they've California movement devices and Ny types aswell? Then he proceeded to inform us that they're not accountable for the machine no longer working and didn't provide us grounds why it malfunctioned. He also informs us that because the top glass doorway was damaged that people must of had a glass-break indicator. I told him that his salesman informed us we didn't require it, because the movement devices might get the thief. We also attempted to get hold of the FL supervisor (Dave) and undoubtedly can't obtain a reaction. I'm shocked within this era that customers and business people depend on a business to safeguard existence and home and that I haven't actually gotten grounds not to mention an apology for that insufficient support.
