This is my order number #525427 I am K Robinson. I ordered a platform bed, which I have and it is fine.
PROBLEM: I have a refund of $90 from the order and no one will answer my calls. They have sent numerous emails that says, Yes, you should have your refund. It only takes 2-6 days, but it has been 1 month! Please send me my refund. I am just an older lady on disability. I even like my bed frame!
