Bad flowers, delivery late

I've ordered from proflowers four-times today, and that i should require my head analyzed. First time for a birthday the flowers never arrived. Second-time flowers were left at the front end door in a container within the hot sun... With no water. These were dead. Now for christmas. They wernot shipped while designed to, and also the occasion i delivered them to obtained them 24 hours later as well as the minature flower plant was freezing. 24 hours later it was dead... Never again. Thought this is the least expensive was to send flowers but itis not worthwhile... Likely to try teleflora... Hope they're alot better.
