Did not comply with warranty. They have a false customer service number. Ripoff!

Stainsafe did not abide by their warranty terms. I had two stains on my table. Because there were 2, they said I was negligent and did not contact them in time.

They were going to send a rep. Out to see if they could fix the stains. After not hearing from them for over 3 weeks, I called them. They said there was no rep. Available in the area. They didn't have the decency to call me and tell me.

Stainsafe then told me they would notify my in writing as to their decision about replacing the table top. They sent a letter saying I was negligent and did not comply with their terms. My salesperson and I both complied with all their terms. They gave a contact number at the bottom of the letter that was invalid. So, now there is no way to reach them, they are also ignoring emails.

The warranty is not worth the money, they do not stand behind it. Beware! Its a total ripoff!
