Poor service - simmon scope

I was in area of cinn. Ohio and seen a dickssporting goods store decided to stop in look for scope for grandson went in store first mistake looked for associate for help after finding one mistake#2 taking at least 7 min to find one too busy talking to another clerk for a date waited on me bought scope no box no paperwork no discount just a brief thanks and back to his date he is trying to get set worst service I have ever got will never go this store AGAIN!!!
