Repair man Did not know what he was doing. Had no proper equipment to ck refer/appliance. Guess at his work. Gave written price but change 3 times. Over charged on part and said part are higher grade[but where not] and last min again over charged on bill. Asking co to Return $127.57 to my 87yr mothe
