Sellings fake jewlery and then do not want to return your item

A few weeks ago i bought a diamond dog tag from this website i called them to make sure i can return it they said i can do so without any fees. I get the item it has a fake appraisal from a company thats initials are similar to the real diamond appraisal company they have a fake certificate which looks exactly like it included with the item. I took it to get appraised it is not nearly what they had claimed. I came into the store a very rude person told me im beat and i have to pay a 15% restocking fee and whatever the person said over the phone he does not care about because his website states other. I sent the item back to the company and they had the audacity to return the item back to me? I have contact the BBB and my credit card company i hope no one buys from this website ever they are a complete fraud
