Ripoff charged service disconnect fees when not disconnected. They wiil Steal, Lie And Cheat every way possible!

I have had service with altell now for many approx 4 years, I have had problems in the past and after complaing to enough people problems were corrected until now.

For the past three months I have paid my bill before being disconnected. Each month after paying my bill when I would make a call I would get a message saying service could soon be interupted. I didnt pay much attention to the message because my bills were paid.

But when I got my bill there was a $35.00 fee on my bill I called and complained but ended up paying or no service it happened again. Same thing, I payed the bill.

Now today I got a call from alltell. One of their reps who said I needed to pay my bill or service would be interupted. I payed my bill yesterday and explained that to the rep who said she would note my account.

3 hours later I tried to use my phone and I had no service. Keep in mind my bill has been paid! I called altell they said my service was not interrupted but it was. I asked them to flag my account. Don't know if they did or not but after talking to them my service came back on.

How ironic must have been a fluke huh. Well I expect to be charged another disconnect fee even though I have not been disconnected before paying my bill. I can't cancel service without paying a $200.00 fee because they say I'm under contract but can't produce a copy of a contract. That's because I haven't signed one in over 4 years. But yet I'm still under contract for 1 more year. Can anyone help?

I have called the home office before on other matters and got results. I'm gonna try again. Don't expect it to do any good either though. Anyone considering using Altell, Dont! You will be sorry you did cause they wiil Steal, Lie And Cheat every way possible!
