1. On 11/4, CBS Executive subcontractor emails casual paperwork regarding wall width and rebar routine & guaranteed stamped ideas by COB on subsequent monday. (11/8)

2. On 11/4, Mr Owings required licensed resources to put purchase from producer for foam blocks. This annoying demand required occasion from my workplace when I needed to create unique visit to lender to attract certified check. On 11/5 I met Mr. Owings in Charlotte watts. Said check.

3. Upon delivery of qualified resources, Mr Owings guaranteed quick same-day purchase (11/5)

4. I approached Mr Owings on 11/9 and indicated my honest problem that CBS executive subcontractor *still* hadn't supplied stamped programs. Mr Owings guaranteed me he'd look after wait.

5. On 11/10 I approached Producer, FoxBlocks to determine that which was actually happening. FoxBlocks mentioned all types were in stock; there is no requirement for any custom production. Producer mentioned all wait was because of:

I) a CBS delivery price settlement problem

Two) CBS disappointment to finance order

Iii) CBS tardiness in putting funded purchase.

After I found this insufficient openness and ethics about the section of CBS, and after all of the setbacks prior to this time, I named faced Mrs Owings.
