Jason Grant Owings, alias Jason Parker Owings is hiding out somewhere in th Kansas City / Independence Mo area to avoid paying his child support... Now well over 5k owed.

Mr. Owings, living with a known prostitute by the name of Valerie Thomson, has a warrant out for his arrest due to his failure to provide financial support for his sevrely disabled 6 year old son. The child is unable to perform any self care and will rely on nursing assistance for his entire life. Deadbeat Owings has treated himself to a new truck, trips to the bar, and a new digital camera. Posting pics on his myspace as well as on his girlfriend's account... Meanwhile, his son struggles to talk, eat and must rely heavily on social assistance for clothing and shoes since his other provides 24 hour care for him and cannot work.

Please, please, please, if you know how to track down this deadbeat, how to find someone... Anything to help, please email me. This man siply stopped paying because "that kid should die anyway."
