Priceshuffle free trial SCAM

I responded to an online free trial in oct for priceshuffle free trial. It offered a60 days trial. I had to pay $75 for 125 bids. If within 90 days i am not successful in the auction, i will be refunded. When i used up all mybids and not successful, i emailed them for a refund. They refused to refund me saying the terms allow for a bids top up only. This is certainly a scam... Does anyone come across the original online advertisement? Pls fwd to me asap.
