Rip Off! They charge 149.75 after you sign up for free trial bids. Then they say it was in the terms, it never said it would be charged

First this started off as a news story. I was stupid for falling for it. But I do not believe that that gives them the right to rip people off. I was given a code for a free 100 bids. When you put in your info for a payment when you win. Then you get a message thanking you for a 149.75 payment. That I never authorized. They say that it was in the terms. Anyone that takes advantage of someone trying to get a deal to save money. And then rip off the customer and blame us for not seeing it. It's the same with many people out there. I was I had seen them first. I just think that people that do this should be held accountable.
