Overcharged, used aggressive sales tactics, and has rude owner!

A relative of mine stupidly purchased a nail package in the Seacret kiosk in the South Bay Galleria in Redondo Beach, CA. I noticed the bill also it stated 69.99 to get a nail document, product, a barrier stop, and cuticle oil. If it wasnot absurd enough, their organization online website is promoting the merchandise at 49.95, with retail at 59.95! Clearly it was a rip-off, and illegitimate

I called the loads and steps division to document a, subsequently named the mall administration to protest. I had been submitted towards the operator of the kiosk. He was really rude! I told him how he over-charged my member of the family, and his reaction was itis since he's employees and rent-to pay and because he is just promoting the merchandise and fails for Seacret, itis ok for him to cost whatsoever he desired to pay for his expenses like a supplier. I told him he owed me cash since he overcharged and it is illegitimate. He explained he I will claim whatsoever I'd like but he does not owe me anything. But he did accept a 10.00 reimbursement, after some 10 mins of fighting.

He stated his organization was named "La Pacifica". There is no such organization after I looked the Greater Business Institution and google confirmed a business in LA with that title, nevertheless when I named, some ghetto appearing lady responded the telephone "hello" with sound within the history. Just how many companies are you aware of this claims "hi" whenever you contact them?

Anyway, I really hope I get my reimbursement. Or even, I really hope the Loads and Steps inspector may good them or else have them into trouble. I am pissed off they took benefit of my relative.
