Deja Vu - Premier Dead Sea Products
Aggressive selling, no refund policy, high-price

Just two weeks ago, I went to Paramus Park Mall, NJ. I have no intention of buying anything that day, when i passedby the dead sea kiosk, an Israeli guy stopped me and begged me to hear him for a few minutes. He was so persistent so i said yes. He demo the nail manicure kit, the sea salt, lotion. I said no I don't need them. And then he looked at my face and said, i think you need our eye serum. I said I have no time for another demo and i need to leave but he begged to stay for a few more minutes. He demo the Deja Vu eye serum and did his sales talk and finally convinced me. I bought a Deja Vu eye serum for $120 (they have a premier dead sea product as well). I checked the price online when i got home and i couldn't believe it, i can get the serum for as low as $17.50 online. I was really devastated, angry and felt bad. I went back the next day to return the product, but they said NO, it's in the receipt, that they don't accept refunds. There's no company name, address or even phone number in the receipts, I asked the management office of the mall for help, but they said they can't help me unless there are other complainants before they can take actions.
