Unethical, Lazy, Cheap, Do not care about any of the tenants. AQUA Apartments

So... BRE Properties started here at AQUA Marina Del Rey on Sept 1. We were elated to see the old management go. Boy were we in for a surprise. The first 3 months the phones were down. Meaning none of us could call them for anything. If we needed something we had to take the elevator down and we were told to call an 800# for help. Can you believe this? And they were angry with us for bothering them. The stories go on and on... These are some of the current issues and Corporate in S.F. Could care less. Tenants are signing a petition to get rid of them and the media has already been contacted.

1.) Very low security so there is a hike in car and bike thefts.
2.) Health Dept cited them due to excessive filth and we pay between 2-3K a month to live here.
