Nala Grace Never received product after two months, does not respond to numerous emails

Nalagrace.com does not fulfill all orders. I would consider it a scam, because the site goes down (leading one to think that the store is gone) and there is not contact information besides an email address. Additionally, the seller does not respond to emails. I've sent three kind emails inquiring as to when my order would ship, and I never heard from the seller. Check out cafemom and babycenter.com to see other moms' reviews—very few ever get their orders, none get them on time. Too many buyers don't try to get their money back so this person makes quite a bit scamming people. Know that the 50% off coupon is always available. I contacted 2co.com and my credit card company to get my money back. If you don't do so within two months, then you may have trouble getting a refund. Best of luck!

Also consider that the seller may start a new site because of the bad reviews. Always shop from a reputable seller. I've learned my lesson.
