Never received product or refund

Susan My daughter placed her order on July 22 and has never received her products. Both of us have contacted Nala Grace on numerous occassions. We some times get a standard reply about due to the popularity of orders that it may take up to 4 weeks to get the order. We have received two emails from someone saying she personally made the bows and sent them out her self. After two and a half months we have never received squat. No apology, no explanation, nothing. We contacted who we gave our credit card information to and they have promised a refund but we shall see. The web site is very well laid out and we would love to have the prodcuts but we will never order from them again and want to warn anyone thinking of ordering from them. Buyer BEWARE We are very disappointed in who ever this person ripping people off is and hope they get caught.
