Don't trust this company!!! They will not pay you. I have been a real estate appraiser for nearly 8 years. I usually don't accept an assignment without payment up front, but after being reassured I accepted. This was a huge mistake. I don't think this company ever had intentions of paying for the appraisal. Beware - don't work with these guys.
