USS Logistics Unfair Billing Practices, Quote and Invoice Are Significantly Different, Unresponsive Customer Service

We received an invoice dated August 13 regarding a shipment we had made. Upon receiving the statement, there was an extra charge of $221.83. We immediately notified USS of the discrepancy and the representative said they would look into it for us.

As weeks turned into months, we kept calling back and emailing to see if there was a resolution to the dispute. Over the course of time, we have dealt with 11 different representatives so far.in order, we have attempted to work with Elizabeth Vasquez, Meghan Cahill, Ed Chillcott, Phoenix Durrant, Nga Huynh, Sharon Burke, Daniel Dunn, Carrie Neu, Jason Wardle, Sam Seward, and Rick Derr. Of course, no satisfactory solution was ever made. Response times have varied from a few days to a couple of months later.

This company does not help the customer at all and fails to communicate in a timely fashion. They have an employee retention issue where probably half of the staff I listed previously are probably no longer working there. Of course, no one bothered to let us know while we left emails and voicemails to employees that had been let go.

As a resolution to our dispute, we offered to pay for half of the disputed amount.instead, we received a collection notice in the mail instead.
