(worst company ever!)

To make a long story short, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

When I spoke with Mark in the NY office, he guaranteed that I would get my stuff by July 1. The pick up was on June 24. The movers who arrived ended up using $245 worth of packing tape! Seriously?! All of my stuff was already in boxes and ready to go!

As of the beginning of July, it still did not leave the SD office. It was not en route to Philly until July 18. Unreal! After numerous calls and complaints to Mark, Edna (president) and Adam (in SD), I got NOWHERE on a delivery date. I estimate I made about 25 calls to all three of them. Only about 50% of the calls/messages were returned. The ones that were returned by Mark and Edna were mindblowing!!! They cussed, hung up on me, and told me I was a "stupid person" for believing Mark in the first place! UM, that's why i chose them!

FINALLY, when my stuff did arrive on July 23rd, there were multiple damaged items: couch, jewelry box (which they packaged), entertainment set, pottery from Peru, serving dishes, and a floor lamp. Two things didn't make it to me: my vacuum cleaner, and step stool.

I photographed all the damaged items and sent it with a letter (and item's values) to them within 5 days. I was told that I will hear from them within 90 days. It has been over 120 days and have not heard anything even after numerous calls. I am now taking legal action...!!!

DO NOT USE OCO TRANSPORTATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! By far, the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with!!!
