I attempted to buy four sets of sneakers within the telephone. I named Macy's Herald Square shop since I had been informed this shop had all sets of sneakers. No body responded the telephone within the boot division even though that I named many times over two times and allow the telephone band more than 5 minutes every time. A ultimately linked me to an "inside point" he assured me that somebody might get but no body did. Lastly, I named the supervisor's workplace and was informed the manager was absent "at lunchtime." I quit my range and requested to get a call-back. No body actually did. I discussed my terrible encounter with macy's.com customer support but no body there's answered both. Clearly, they simply do not care and undoubtedly do not require my company. After decades to be a faithful client, I've determined that I'll no further look at Macy's or help this department shop. You will find better shops (for example Nordstromis) that deserve my company.
