Creditreport.com Scampers, thieves false charges

I received some E Mail (THAT WAS FAKE) for a job offer. Somehow this mini credit report got my info and has been charging my bank account $14.95! I noticed for the first time today after looking at my bank statement these charges. Come to find out they started back in Sept. And said that i agreed to their terms etc etc. They will not refund me back what so ever. The girls i talk to we so UN-compassionate and did not help. So this company allows hackers!!! To send people these fake E Mails to get your info, so they can make money. This is how they operate and market apparently. The girl i talk to even said herself that people have done this, as in send people fake e mails. But this company dose nothing about it cause they are getting your money. Total BS! So now i have to wait for my bank to dispute it and cancel my debt card and wait for a new one. What a major inconvenience and unfair situation.
