Ripoff dishonest FRAUDULENT Unauthorized Charges

On Nov. 29, my wife noticed charges on our checking account that we have never heard of, the bank red flag the charges BUT still withdrew the amount of 4.95 from our account, then another 4.95 charge appeared, then the last charge was 119.00.

We asked the bank about it but all they said was we can do anything about it. We called Star Communications about the charges, they couldnt give any info on what the charges were for or who made them. We asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to let us talk to anyone else, we asked to speak to the legal dept. And again was refused our request.

We told them (Star Communications) to credit out account and send the money back, again they refused, we have NO idea how they got our names, addresses, bank account info or anything to do with us.

I know 130.00 doesnt seem like alot of money to many people, but right here at Christmas time, its very tight to make ends meet.

If anyone has any info on this company, about a lawsuit or anything or if this has happened to you, PLEASE e-mail me and tell me your story.

I would like to get the lawsuit started against this company or any other that is RIPPING people off.
