Very Poor customer support. This really is my second-run in with this particular institution. Despite my better reasoning I put an order with Utsav sarees. Everybody deservs another opportunity. Not this complany I settled a lot of cash to get a printed saree with "related shirt" The printed saree resulted in howerver the blouse was an ordinary dark dull little bit of use no depth what-so ever. Never as advertised. It wasn't even yet in exactly the same material whilst the saree. I indicated my criticism plus they stated that easily need one which fits I'll need to spend $12 to obtain it stiched and $15 to obtain it delivered. When they first got it right within the frist place I'd not need to pay for something additional. I've sent back stating the extra-cost to possess somthing that I ought to of got within the first-place isn't appropriate. I'll inform you what happens next. Obviously that'll be sometime because it requires a while to react to emails.
