Poor service

I'm very dissapointed with Utsav. I requested a saree in the specific area plus they assured me that I'd obtain the saree within five business days. It's been 3 months today and that Iam still awaiting my saree. Today they're stating they cannot actually state once they may provide my saree. This is actually the last moment I am performing any company with Utsav. Think twice before you buy something from Utsav. Their serevice is extremely disappointing.!!!
