Suspending good sellers for no reason while letting others sell

Last week Ebay suspended sellers accounts for what they called poor performance ratings.in investigating found many many sellers with much worse violations still being allowed to sell.in trying to cancel my accounts, given this suspension and I no longer care to associate with them, they will not allow me to. I feel this is a violation of my civil rights to have to be counted as a member of Ebay to boost their corporate numbers or for whatever reason they are not allowing me my right to close my accounts.
